Check-in and check-out time

Check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out time is until 10:00 on the day of departure.

 

Cancellation terms

The reservation will be finally confirmed by us after receiving an advance payment of 50% of the value of the service.

 

Terms of cancellation of reservations:

In the event that the guest cancels the already confirmed reservation, does not register at the hotel on the agreed day or leaves early, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• cancellation up to 15 days before arrival ……………………… without cancellation costs
• cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival …………….. 50% of the total value
• cancellation 6 days or less before arrival ……………… 100% of the total value

 

Parking lots

Parking in our parking lots is the responsibility of the vehicle owner, the hotel is not responsible for any damage. Parking is free for hotel guests.

 

Darlings

Pets are allowed in the rooms, an additional fee is required.

 

Cancellation of the reservation by the hotel

The company reserves the right to cancel existing guest reservations in exceptional cases (such as the closure of the entire hotel for organizational reasons), which will be notified to the guest four days before the intended arrival. In this case, the customer is only entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid for the reserved services and is not entitled to demand from the company the reimbursement of any damages and/or additional amounts.
